Hi,

According to your complain you have problem of burning sensation while urination that may be because of urinary tract infection. Full course of antibiotics helpful in urinary tract infection. No pain at urination and decrease other symptoms that means healing is going on. Do a complete blood cell count and urine test for further details. Consult your nephrologist for further details.

I hope my guidance helpful to you. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Rachana Goswami
