How To Treat Burning Sensation While Passing Urine And Stool And Cyst In Umbilicus Region?

hi.Im vivin vikash prasad of nadi fiji islands.my urine and stool was burning when passing.so i went to a doctor to have a scan.in a first scan report it shows that im having a cyst.It says'' both renals appear in sizes,regular in ecloes.no hyperphrosis,calacius,liver,spler,ru/bladder-MAD.a well define cystic mass noted above the umbilicus region in size 3.8x3.65x3.3cm.

and in 2nd scan it shows ''liver,gb,spleen,renalu upper normal in regular outline and eches.An anchoic cystic structure is evident at the level of epigastric region measure 8.6x5.6x6.7cm vol 171.45ml.nil critic collection and no other abnormal.

please suggest what i can do.if possible i can come to you for treatment.

The only option remain is MRI( If this is not the MRI) this has to be done for final confirmation for multiple defused cystic disease, which is very uncommon, the given report missing something, like the first cyst which is being detected said above umbilicus region which is not cleared, your burning problem will go away with next investigation no need to come to me for treatment, have nice day.
