Hi I had gastro commence about one week ago with nausea and runs combined with ear pain associated with inflammation and headaches. Lasted for about 2.5 days. Took hydro replacements and abstained from food. Issue seems to subside yet returned again about 4 days later. New symptoms -in the morning am okay yet mid afternoon feel nausea followed by abdominal pain and bloating followed by diarrhoea and headache. Can t understand why condition returned and has changed. Avoiding dairy products. Any suggestions? Other underlying issues are hashimoto disease with early onset oesteo in joints

Certain degree of bloating is normal but in case of excessive bloating it may be sign of food allergy, hatal hernia ,IBS or inflammatory bowel diseases. So you should do gastroenterologic work up but first try to change your dietary habits, it means: eat smaller meals but more frequently, avoid fried and spicy food, take menta tea, avoid alcohol and coffee, eat probiotics and milk products, boiled food and vegetables.
