Hi,

Bloating of abdomen, acidity, loose stools are indicative of gastroenteritis which in turn gives headache and back ache too. Hence I would advise you the following in such a situation: Consult your doctor again for clinical evaluation.

Insist for tests of stool, blood and ultrasonography of abdomen. A course of an antibiotic active against intestinal infection may be needed. Take probiotics and activated charcoal. Pantoprazole with Domperidone helps for acidity. Take plenty of oral fluids. Go for bland and soft diet.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.
Regards,
Dr. T Chandrakant,
