Hello,
I can understand your concern for blisters on intergluteal cleft.

After reading your query it appears to be related to be simple mixed infection at the intergluteal site which caused blisters on intergluteal cleft.

To tell you simply: intergluteal cleft is prone to get infections due to moist nature of the area. Diarrhoea can increase the propensity of the infection at this area.

Let me reassure you fully that these blisters on intergluteal cleft are quite usual and the only problem is that these got infected.

If I were your treating doctor then would have prescribed you an antibiotic such as Ciprofloxacin or Amoxycillin or cefixime along with pain killer in proper dose to reduce the inflammation. Maintain good hygiene and wear cotton clothes to be changed two times daily. You can meet a dermatologist for further guidance.

All the best.
