How To Treat Bad Oral Smell And Dryness?

I am suffering from chronic bad breath from past 1 to 2years I am not getting a proper solution my breath smells really bad and my mouth and throat remains dry mostly while sleeping my mouth gets opened and early morning my mouth and tongue gets completely dry though I brush twice a day and use mouthwash and my tongue often gets white too my bad death really is disturbing my life please give a better suggestion because I can't spend lots of money on doing various treatments I just want a simple way and quick treatment from bad breath

Hi. This is called foetor in medical language. The cause has to be found out for the correct mode of treatment. As per your history I do suspect a problem either with your nose and/ or sinuses. I would advise you to go for a Check-up by an ENT surgeon who would carefully examine you to get the cause and may advise for x-rays / CT scan of PNS- paranasal sinuses. You may also need a X-ray of chest. To repeat, please go ahead with the consultation and diagnosis. Bad breath always has an underlying reason. Home-made therapy may not work and the original problem can get worsened.
