Good day,
It is not clear which blood test report was 5.62 . Was it TSH or t4.
If you feel depressed and have lack of energy, then hypothyroidism is a possibility. However, i must also say that you may need to meet a psychiatrist to help you out. It is common for TSH to rise mildly in depression. An accurate advice is possible only after knowing the full thyroid profile. Could you please write back with the full thyroid profile reading?

Please do not worry. Meet a GP and discuss your issues. He may repeat your thyroid funstion test earlier than 2 months
