Endocrinologist 's  Response
Hello,
I can understand your concern regarding to your daughter's health.
There are some hormonal disturbances that may cause secondary amenorrhea.
In these cases, except of a detailed clinical examination i typically ask the following hormonal exams:
-FSH,LH, Estradiol and progresteron level.
-Prolactin level at 8.00 a.m.
-Testosteron level
-TSH,FT4,
-Kortisol level at 8.00 am.
An ultrasound of the uterus and ovaries would be necessary too.
