How To Treat Allergic Rhinitis?

Hi doctors! Am 27yrs old,female and having been suffering from allergic rhinitis since two years. Had been on mondeslor tab,momeflo nasal spray for a month.had very good relief when I had them but as soon as I stopped everything is back. It hinders my daily routine,concentration,foggy mind and confused state. Can anybody help me to cure my condition. My symptoms gets triggered with no apparent cause. Help please.

Hi,
Thanks for posting in HCM.
What you are taking medications are absolutely fine for allergic rhinitis.
You can take levocetrizine 10mg one tablet daily for 15 days.
Consume ginger and tulasi mixed green tea in the morning and turmeric mixed in a glass of milk at night.
Other precautions you need to continue as you are advised to do so.
That should help you to overcome most of your symptoms.
