How To Treat Adrenal Cyst On Right Adrenal Gland?

Hello, I have an adrenal cyst on my right adrenal gland. This has been there that we know of for nearly 20 years and have been monitoring it on a 2 yearly basis. 14 years ago a laporoscopy was done to knock the top off (it was 12cm & had bled into itself), took 1 litre of blood from it. It has now bled into itself again and is 11x11x14cm. I m aware surgery is required. I would like to know does the adrenal gland need to be removed and if so, does the kidney need to be removed also??? Thank you

No in this case kidney n adrenal gland...generally if it is blood than again laproscopy should be done n aspirate that n search for cause...or bleeder if bleeder are seen than it should be cauterised properly ya other steps for stopping bleeding if still not controlled than artery ligation is last step
