Welcome and thank you for asking on HCM! I read carefully your concern and understood your query. The TSH level is very high and it correlates with the symptoms you described. You have under active thyroid or hypothyroidism but do not have to get worried. The symptoms will improve within the first month of treatment. I would recommend to check the TSH level after 6 week and adjust the dose of levothyroxine.
