hi my name is Alya and I'm having cramps and wanna to go #2 like alot but when I m actually on the bathroom I can't go I just have gas and that it but rite now I went and poop and have stomach pain what can it be and it kinda of hurts under my belly pls help news answers

I really appreciate your concern, chances of infection could be likely condition If I would be doctor of this case then I would suggest Tab Metronidazole 400 mg twice in day for four days and Tab Dicyclomine for abdomen cramp take care in diet, avoid oily food, spicy food hope this information helps.
