My wrist started itching last night like I got bit my a spider and now its all swollen and so is my thumb. This happened to my other wrist last week and it went completely down in a day. What can this be? It doesn't hurt it started itching and now its just swollen. Can I do push ups on it or is it dangerous?

Hi, Welcome to Health care magic forum.
As you describe, it may be an allergy, due to the insect bite, or some thing else like food, alcohol, or medicine etc.
Pull ups If you can you can do it , but due to pain to do it you may not be in a position. If you have no pain also the swelling may increase, so wait for 2 days, and then you can proceed.
Wishing for a quick and complete recovery. Thank you.
