How To Treat A Swollen Clitoris With White Spots?

I am a 16 year old that has never been sexually active. for a few months my clitoris has been swollen (the tip is red and splotchy) with a couple of white spots on it and it bleeds (not a lot but it does bleed) I have no idea if it is an infection or not

I don't want to frighten you, but these are not normal findings. It could be a yeast infection, or a more serious viral infection. I think it would be a good idea to see a gynecologist or be checked at the local family planning (FP) clinic . Even if you aren't sexually active, FP clinics, usually can evaluate you for common infections and disorders. I think this needs to be checked.
