How To Treat A Pressurizing Lump On The Penis?
Hi, I am a 51 year old male, 1,78 and 8o Kgs and very healthy with no sex outside marriage. A couple of months ago I found a lump in the basis of the penis that seems to be "around" the urethra. No burn feelings, no hitch, no blood or anything but a pressure feeling in the area. It also seems that when I urinate it is slower than used to be ,like if the urethra was narrower. Some days seem to be a bit more painful and others I almost cannot feel it. Should I worry?

Based on the symptoms of poor stream and lump in penile shaft can be due to narrowing (Stricture ) of urethra and needs to be investigated .
Please consult qualified Urologist for clinical and digital rectal examination and get following basic tests done to confirm the diagnosis.
1) Urine routine
2) Serum PSA
3) Retrograde Cystourotrogram
4) Endoscopic examination of bladder and Urethra.(Cystoscopy).
Further treatment will depend upon result of these tests and final diagnosis.
