How To Treat A Painful Testicle?
Had testicular torsion surgery a month ago, ever since then after ejaculation the fixed testicle hurts alot that even my ribs feel painful. Antibiotics worked but soon it started to hurt again. On the testicle I also found a line which looks like a healed cut but it vanished. Please help

Noted your history of testicular torsion surgery and have pain while having ejaculation.
This will not be OK with any antibiotics.
I would advise you the following:
Get a color doppler and ultrasound done,
Second opinion of another Urologist
You may need re-exploration for adjustment of the position of the vas as there is a kinking or so causing you hte pain during ejaculation.
