Three days now my 50 year old husband is in a lot of pain from a knot that has formed on his anus opening. It doesn't itch, it's not oozing, he never strains when having. Bowl movements and he says it's hard and probably bigger than a green pea. We have used all if the creams and it's gotten bigger and is still very painful. He has Lso soaked in long hit baths . . .taking alieve and nothing is making it feel any better.
