How To Treat A Leg Injury?

I race motocross and crashed yesterday and hit the front of my leg with the bars and hurts really good but managed to race and continue to ride I can walk but hurts to and I can't bend leg back since it got tight and stiff lasnight but yesterday I could bend it anywhere and it hurt obviously but is it just a bruise or somethin else

Hi...
Direct trauma to leg can cause minor fracture of tibia/fibula ( leg bones).
with small fracture line the person can walk but pain will persists. it has high chance of worsening into a complete fracture line and if such thing occurs then surgery is the main stay of treatment.
now ans to your qn:
it is advisable to conform the diagnosis by doing x-ray leg.
if no fracture then rest and painkiller will the line of treatment but if fracture line present then treatment is altered accordingly.
in mean time immobilize the limb do not bear weight on it take pain killer for pain and visit a hospital.
