How To Treat A Hematoma On My Forehead Post Injury?

I have a quarter sized ball / hematoma on my forehead after hitting my head on the point of the cabinet door around new yrs. I tried ice repeatedly nothing so yesterday I tried to drain it with a fairly large needle.and nothing comes into the surynge. Tried 3 times different places. No good . It is soft and not changing,. It looks like a tissue expander. Help. I have no primary care doc.

Hi,
As this problem is since long there might be localized blood collection with fibrosis surrounding.
It might require drainage of blood with wide bore needle or through excision.
Consult your doctor.
Do not try to drain blood yourself.
Ok and take care.
