How To Treat A Dark Line Across The Nose?
Hi,I have a dark line across my nose. An ent specialist told that my nose has a small bend which can be corrected through surgery. Is the dark line across nose due to it? How can get rid of it. It darkens when I go out in the sun and makes my nose look as it is swollen at the tip even though its not. I visited a dermotologist many years ago and she asked to try two different creams but I couldnt follow it up. Now it has gotten worse. Any help would be appreciated.Thanks, Reji

As per your case history of dark pigmentation on nose my treatment advice is:
• It may be either melasma or post-inflammatory hyperpigmentation.
• Avoid using cosmetic products and other home remedies.
• Avoid sun exposure and use a good sunscreen lotion with SPF more than 30 once in a morning and repeat application every 4 to 5 hours.
• Use depigmenting cream like Melaglow once at night only on dark line.
It may take 3 months for appreciable results.
