How To Treat A Cyst Noticed On The Face?
Hi I have something that appears to be a cyst on my face. It has been around for 20 days. Would you recommend that i see a dermatologist and consult him regarding a cortizone injection or apply some muciprocin and give it some more time? I ve been treating it with retin-a and benzoyl peroxide

Hi.
As per your case history you are having a sebaceous cyst.
My treatment advice is -
1. Don't squeeze the lesion as it may worsen the condition.
2. Apply a mild antibiotic cream like fusiderm cream twice daily on it.
3. Only curative treatment is excision under local anesthesia done by a dermato-surgeon.
