Pediatrician 's  Response
Hi, thanks for asking.
I can understand your concerns.
I would like to know whether you have fitted her with hearing aids?
Again you feel her not speaking is not due to her hearing defect. How is her non verbal communication? How is her social interaction? I would suggest you to see a developmental and behavioural paediatrician to do her developmental assessment and rule out autism in her. Also put her on speech therapy which will benefit her.
I hope I have helped you.
Thank you.
