Hello, Welcome Thanks for consulting HCM,
I have gone through your query, as you have mentioned that you have white patch on your tongue and cheek , and you have Cheek bite also few days ago dont worry on tongue there can be Depapillation of Papilla on tongue or may be fungal infection also Candidiasis ,
You do warm saline gargle two - three times a day
Do proper cleaning of teeth and tongue ,
Do Chlorhexidine mouthwash twice daily
Take One Capsule vitamin B complex twice daily
Take this medication for 3days if problem continues then consult dentist go for investigations done of white patch , Cytology or Biopsy
