Black mark on the nose in a 23 years old. Some more details like exposure to sunlight frequently .Is this black mark a black mole which started increasing in size.Any way avoid sunexposure, use some sunblock cream with SPF >15 and consult a dermatologist /Plasticsurgeon who will be able to tell you whether it needs a biopsy to rule out any completely curable condition.
