How To Treat A 3 Year Old For Flu?
My son 3 yrs old suffering from stomach flu and fever. Almost 4 days. Improved little bit. But still have fever.He is not eating at all just drinking almond milk her n there , he is so week even he can't sit on his own.very lethargic. Please suggest what to do

Paracetamol syrup @ 15 mg per kg 4 to 6 hourly to be given.
Please take care of the hydration and nutrition as in the viral fever appetite is almost nil. Plenty of liquids to be offered and child to be encouraged to eat any thing what ever the child likes.
Oral rehydration solution/fruit juices to be given for the quick recovery.
