How To Treat Sinusitis And Subsequent Hearing Loss?

Hi i have sinusitis for 1 month now.. I have been havin it quite often from my childhood. I cant hear anything in left ear... i dono exactly from which age . maybe arnd.. 7 or 8 yrs. Now i am suffering from sinus infection.. and i also wan to hear clearly. Should i undergo any surgery for tat? pls help me. ..

I have gone through your query and can understand your concern.

For the treatment of sinusitis,you may find relief by taking the following medications:
Analgesic with Antiinflammatory like Ibuprofen,
Antacid like Rantac,
Antihistaminic like Cetrizine,
Oral decongestant like Phenylephrine and Nasal decongestant like Oxymetazoline(if not suffering from Hypertension).

Also do steam inhalation.Avoid cold food and dust.

For the problem in hearing,it would be advisable to have a hearing test done called Pure tone Audiogram with Impedance.

And it would also be advisable to consult an ENT specialist doctor for examination of ear.
