How To Treat PACs And Short Bouts Of Tachycardia?

I am 2 1/2 years post surgical ablation for atrial fibrillation. The first 2 years, I did not have any episodes of arrhythmia. The last 5 months I have been experiencing many episodes of PACs and short (6-10 beats at a time) of atrial tachycardia daily (diagnosed with Holter monitor). I am on 10 mg of Propranolol 2x daily for tremor. Nightime is the worst--no matter how I try to relax, I feel the PACs and short bouts of tachycardia which in turn leads to many sleepless nights. Why did this occur after two years of a normal rhythm? and what does this mean as far as my cardiac health and future?

Hi
There can be a chance of reoccurrence of the tachycardia or fibrillation eve after surgical ablation especially whenthe reason is not very specific.
Please check oit with your cardiologist .
Metoprolol added with alprazolam (betaanxit) will give you a good relief and good sleep. Do not stress yourself or increase your anxiety as the fibrillation increases with these factors.
Take care
