How To Treat Impingement Syndrome Having Pain In The Lower Back And Sine?

I ve been hitting the gym quite hard recently but Im now into a fair amount or pain in several places, I have pain in my shoulder that I have had before and had physio on but it s now back. I belive it was called Impingement syndrome, very painfull. I also have a more worrying pain in my upper back, at the right-side of my spine, it feels muscular, hurts like hell to put weight on it like if I sit back or lie on my back, also effects my breathing. I also have a lingering pain in my left calf muscle but onlt in a smallish area on the outside, that s not so bad and I cant feel it most of the time but it s not going away. What should I do about these things?

Orthopaedic Surgeon, Joint Replacement 's  Response
First about impingement syndrome. I would like to suggest you MRI of shoulder. After this we will come to know if you want a steroid injection or physiotherapy. For the time being you should avoid lifting heavy weight forward or above shoulder. Also apply local heat by warm water filled bottle at shoulder. Take Brufen for pain relief.
