Good Morning, I have carpal tunnel syndrome plus neck and shoulder and upper back pain. It feels like my head weighs a ton. In an xray it shows that my posture is not good (moving forward). I work in an office on a computer all day. What do you think? Carebear

For carpel tunnel syndrome you have to operatively release tight compartment by consulting the surgeon. for the rest of the thing, consult the physiotherapist start doing regular exercise. take the appropriate position while you work on table over your computer. by taking all this approach your pain usually will disappear in 2 to 3 months. consultation with physiotherapist is must. thnx
