How To Tone The Sagging Muscles Caused After Exercising?
I have lost about 16 lbs over about 3 months. I walk and do aerobics. I now am frustrated because my belly seems bigger because it is very flabby and hangs down. I had always heard to not tone the stomach muscle until you had lost the desired weight. My question is how do I know if I need to lose more weight or tone the area for my belly to become smaller and firmer?

I give you advice that loose your weight until your BMI( body mass index) become normal . Calculate your BMI through weight and height. Your desirable BMI should be from 18.5 to 25.0 (Standard weight is 22). After getting desirable BMI you should start to tone your belly by doing sheet up exercise .
