Orthopaedic Surgeon 's  Response
Dear patient.
your history suggests diagnosis of wasting of arm muscles on right side Due to injury to right arm and probably disuse of same side. How you arrive to the diagnosis of fracture of radial neck? have u visited your orthopaedic surgeon or any xrays was done? what treatment was given for fracture ? usual treatment is splinting of right elbow in above elbow slab for 3 weeks. followed by gradual elbow mobilizations. Significant wasting is not usual and please consult expert orthopaedic surgeon or physiotherapist nearby for further assessment and treatment.
