How To Terminate Unwanted Pregnancy?
hello Doctor greetings to you
Doctor I had intercourse with my fiancee 15 days before and now she is not getting period. actually she suppose to get period everymonth of 30-5th but this month she didnt get period and its been almost more than a month now and we are suspecting that she is pregnant and now we are in a state of confusion what to do . pls doctor we need your help. pls suggest some medicine to avoid this pregnency and to get her period regular as before. our marriage is fixed on septemeber and before that we did this mistake and now we are suffering . i would request you to pls help us in this situation to avoid all the problems and suggest fe medicine to avoid pregnency pls. thank you

Understand your concern.
Medical termination of pregnancy required expert guidance of gynecologist. Never use abortion pill (medical prescription is needed) at home by yourself without proper guidance and supervision of gynecologist as it causes uncontrollable complication that required surgery. Safe method for medical termination of intrauterine early pregnancy up to 9 week is mifepristone 600 mg followed by misoprostol 800 mcg vaginally or orally after 24-48 hour under the supervision of health care provider. Extra dose should be needed in some case. Bleeding and abdominal cramp start with in 1-2 after taking lat dose. Normally abortion process will complete in 48-72 hours. Transvaginal USG after 14 days for completeness of abortion process. Excessive bleeding, severe cramp, and fever are alarming symptoms and should be notify.
