HI i am from bangladesh and my girlfriend is going to get an ultrasound today. She is around six weeks pregnant. We want to get an abortion since we are too young for this. Can you recommend a safe process that can take place within a few days for a safe abortion

Understand your concern
You can do medical abortion under the advice of gynecologist that will help in emergency complication. Do not use abortion pill at home by your self.
Mifepristone 600 mg orally should be followed by 800 ug misoprostol vaginally by gynecologist. If bleeding will not induce in 72 hours, double dose should be given that is decided by gynecologist. Post pill abortion USG should be done after 14days to check retain product.
Rest for 48 hour required. It cause minor side effects like back pain, cramp, vomiting, diarrhea, nausea, etc.
