How To Terminate An Unwanted Pregnancy?

i am padma wt 50 kg ht 165 cms 33 yrs, from india
we decided to abort as we have child of 10 months- breast feeding
i am detectd upt positive
it developed due to unsafe sex or failed condom
i dont have any IUD
my LMP IS 2 nov 11 regular 28 days period
no periods after that
i consumed mifeprisone and misoprostol
mifepristone on 9 dec and misoprostol on 11 dec
till date/time as of 12 dec 1800 hrs i have no symptoms of miscarriage
my husband is a soldier and is onduty away
the matter of aborting/ period lapse is not known to my family elders
being an orthodox family may create an issue
i was confident of medical abortion
but no symptms
i am feared and worried of what will happen now
what to do
any complicancies
we both are worried please helpme as if feel i am in tight corner
i am not able go to doctor help me
what should i do.

Understand your concern
Sorry to say but only way to solve your problem is consult to the gynecologist.
Complication has been occur as you did not use abortion pill under the supervision and guidance of gynecologist. As some time more dose of misoprostol may be required to induce abortion that can be decide by gynecologist.
Now you can to continue the pregnancy as it cause deformity in the developing fetus. Consult the gynecologist and get the USG done to rule out ectopic pregnancy and retain pregnancy.
Ectopic pregnancy should be treat by surgery.
Retain pregnancy should be treated by extra dose of misoprostol under observation or by D & C.
