Hi, I just tried to insert a tampon for the first time and it got halfway up my vagina. The applicator has already been thrown away. I tried to take it out, but it s so painful. I m on my period, but my flow is not very heavy. It hurts to do certain things (like sit or stretch) because it s half in and half out. What should I do? I ve heard that trying to poop will help push it out, but I don t know.
