How To Stop The Loose Motion?

I have a son year 10 days old have a lose motion and he is going 5-6 times a day .my mother says home remedy that give the boy water separated from milk and o.r.s please advice further what are other thing that can work and food s requires in this case

Hi, welcome to HCM.
Your child has loose stools five to six times a day, this suggests that your child has probably acute gastroenteritis. In acute gastroenteritis, we need to take care of fluid content in child and look for dehydration. So, you should give ORS solution about 250 ml each time the child passes a stool. Also antibiotic needs to be given in acute gastroenteritis like tablet oflox-ornidazole two times a day for 3 days. You should also do stool routine microscopy test in child. Review back after 2 days.
