General Surgeon 's  Response
Hi. This distressing problem is called a stress incontinence and needs careful evaluation of the cause. Only Urologist can help you to get a diagnosis. I hope your Gynecologist has ruled out uterine prolapse with a cystocele. Normally the treatment is surgical , some sort of sling operation if the pelvic floor exercises do not help. Of course control of sneezing and coughing with appropriate medicines is of utmost importance.
