Sir i am student of class 12 and want myself to get rid of masturbation by which i cant study well for long time and loss my body potential to work and always full body pain and stressful mind ,always feeling sleepy ,,,,also suggest how to reduce sleeping time so that i can study more ,,,,,,,,i lives in hostel room ....please suggest

Hello, I appreciate your concern. Masturbation does not harm body. But everything in life should be in control. To avoid engagement in masturbation you should engage yourself in other routine activities. Have good company for spending time and reading together.
Have fresh fruits and vegetables in your meals. Do regular physical exercise. Avoid fatty foods and fast food. Drink plenty of water. You should try some yoga and meditation which provides you full day energy and freshness so that you can read very well.
