How To Stop Leaking Caused After Surgeon Nicked Pancreas?

My friend had surgery and the surgeon nicked his pancreas. They tried to fix it, but it is still leaking, they don t want to do any more surgery because they said it would make it worse. what can they do now? He needs this to stop leaking so he can continue his chemo.

If this is the intera operation complication then it has to be repaired at that time only it can not be left like that only, what ever may the consequences it has to be repaired it can not be left like that only, if at all it is not possible to repair the defect then it can be managed conservatively and medically, however over all thing depends upon the case history like diagnosis prognosis, operative procedure and others, hope this information helps.
