How To Stop Habit Of Chewing Pan Masala?

Hello Sir, I am having bad habits of chewing pan masala since last 10+ years approx and now I am facing issue with opening my mouth. Seems like my jaw is stretched. I feel like I have short chicks in my right side of mouth and big chick on the left side of mouth. It seems that because of short chicks on the right side inside the mouth, I am not able to properly open my mouth. Is there any solution/suggestion to this? Obviously I am going to stop chewing tobacco in any form from now onwards to stop further damage.

First of all I would like to congratulate that ultimately you have decided to stop tobacco, please carry on.
The problem you described that you are not able to open your mouth fully is submucus fibrosis. You can be surely helped by ENT surgeon for the same.
After quitting tobacco 10 years you will have some withdrawal symptoms, to prevent them you can consult psychiatrist and can be helped by medicines like buprenorphine, propranolol after examining you. So just do now wait, please put your plan into action of tobacco quitting.
