How To Stop Epileptic Seizures?

hello doctor, My name is Melissa, i am 25 yrs old, im 5' 8" tall and i am 60kgs. i would kindly like your help in advising me on ways to stop having epileptic seizures. i have been having seizures since i was 11yrs old and i have been having grand mals. i get seizures when i am asleep then i would wake up and have a complex formal seizure by walking around the room unaware. i am on medication known as Encorate Chrono 500mg (3 pills) each night, and carbomazepine 200mg (1 pill) each night. I am also diabetic Type 1, and i am on insulin on a daily basis. Please help me to stop these conditions i suffer from. thank you

If you having seizures for last 14 years and still they are not well controlled, then there is strong possibility that you might need to take antiepileptic medicines very long time or life long.
carbemazepine 200 mg HS seems very low dose for 60kg BW.
i advice you to undergo EEG test and MRI Brain with seizure protocol and serum carbamazepine level and serum valproate level with severe serum ammonia
