Diabetologist 's  Response
Dear sir i can understand your concern.
This is a natural phenomenon. In our body to make our organs work efficiently body will increase sugar little bit during morning time when compared to early morning sugars at 3 AM.
This is a physiological phenomenon which will be under control of our hormones
Regarding your after food sugar,This kind of picture is seen in some people normally and in some people who are in prediabetic phase.
if your BMI is more than 25 and you are having much sedentary life style,Then you should start exercise to reduce this kind of fall of blood sugar after food.
I suppose I have given the desired response if you have any other query please write back.
Otherwise please accept & rate my answer. I will appreciate your review about my answer.
Best Regards.
