How To Rule Out Cushing S Syndrome?

I have adrenal adeoma..and i think cushing syndrome...but doctor is not sure even the cortizol level in my urine is high. .have all symptoms like cushing...also i have left side pain for few months and lumps all around both sides of kidneys and ribs but they havent been investigated ..they so pain full...also i had an mri..the foundings are lesions...its been a long year for me suffering with pain and feeling unwell...nothing was done in regards to my symptoms just seeing more doctors

Hi.i m curious to know more details about your Cushing syndrome symptoms because they are very important for the diagnose. Anyway if i was your treating doctor i will order some test(cortisolemi in the morning and cortisolemi in the evening.) And if the diagnose is nor clear there are some other specifics tests(dinamic tests) that can help for the definitive diagnose.I will suggest you to talk with an endocrinologist in your area to do more endocrinologic test for the Cushing Syndrome or to undetstan if your surenal adenoma is secreting or not.
