How To Return To Normal Life After IBS?
I have been hit by IBS big time for the last 6 months, although i was impacted it with it for 5-6 yrs . Now am on herbal treatment which is a slow process and have lost 10 kgs in the last 6 months. Energy & Stamina has taken a beating even routine normal life has taken a back seat. Any damage control?
