How to get rid of prickly heat overnight ? And what lotion is to be used to avoid getting prickly heat on face, neck and all over the body ? Please help, I m unable to concentrate on my studies due to prickly heat problems. I feel very uneasy and shame in front of my friends.

1. Do not use harsh soap
2. Apply Calosoft AF lotion local application for Itching for 3-5 day
3. Avoid Synthetic cloth and prefer cotton cloth
4. Drink lot of water
5. Use Himalaya neem soap
6. Take Himalaya Neem capsule once a day for 15 days
