How To Remove White Spots From Forehead?

My eight year old daughter has. two white spots on my forehead and have tan skin. The spots don t look like vitiligo but it look like it has liquid. It was there for over a year and it didn t change in size. She is african american. Can you help and I went to a lot of doctors and they don t know what it is.

Hi.
As per your case history your daughter is having pityriasis alba.
My treatment advice is -
1. Avoid sun exposure and use a good sunscreen lotion with spf more than 30.
2. Apply an emollient cream like Enmoist cream twice daily on it.
3. Take a vitamin A supplement once daily for 3 months.
4. Other treatment options are topical tacrolimus, oral multivitamins taken only after consulting a dermatologist.
