Hello sir, I want to discuss my cousin sister case, she is 16 yrs old and she has cholesterol problem. Due to high cholesterol her skin is came up in some body parts like on elbow, knees, and on eyelids. Its looks odd on face so she want to remove that skin that is comes up.
