do u have acne ?
do u suffer from dandruff?
i think u should visit good dermatologist to diagnose your condition and get correct treatment . till then you can use face wash like acmed face wash or saslic face wash.
drink a lot of water daily.
take vit c in good amount .avoid oil application to hairs.avoid sunlight n heat exposure.

hello jamuna,
welcome to HCM
use a daily good gentle cleanser
avoid harsh soap
have healthy balanced diet.include more fruits and water.
avoid direct sun exposure
use a good sun screen before going out
you can use a good moisturiser
black spots may be due to hormonal imbalance
if you are taking orall contraceptive pills then they can be reduced by stopping the pills
you can consult a dermatologist for these black spots
