How To Remove Lump On Inner Thigh Caused After Piece Of Wood Was Removed From That Area?

9 year old boy had piece wood removerd from inner thigh.. 3 days later had an infection to the thigh, was admitted to hospital put on drip, infection didn t go.. Had operation & had more wood removed from thigh, infection went.. But it s left a lump in that area.. It s 4 months since op.. What could the lump be?

After going through your suffering, most likely the lump is secondary to fibrosis which occurs naturally at a site of surgery and wounds. Most of the times it dissolves slowly and of its own over the period of months. You may apply thrombophob to reduce it.
