i am having fungus in my eye hair and also on my head and its not going out, always white skin comes from my eye hair and also from front part of head, due to which hairfall also occuring and very small dark skin appear after that there. help me

You seem to be suffering from Seborrheic dermatitis/dandruff and Seborrheic Blepharitis.
Use a Ketoconazole based shampoo daily OR alternate days. Its OTC product.
If your dandruff still does'nt respond to it kindly consult a dermatologist. A dermatologist has a complete armamentarium of solutions to severe or resistant dandruff.
On lashes you can use Sodium sulfacetamide 10% ointment once daily. You can get it prescribed by an ophthalmologist.
